Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night stay for winner and up to four immediate family members to the Grand Hotel, Mackinac Island, MI (to be taken during June 2012). (ARV: $ $6,796). Trip for winner and up to three immediate family members consists of: round trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. commercial airport within the Continental U.S. near winner’s residence to a U.S. commercial airport near Mackinac Island; 3-nights’ lodging at the Grand Hotel (standard room/quadruple occupancy) and breakfast and dinner at the Grand Hotel (for a family of four); and roundtrip ground shuttle and ferry transportation to/from MI airport, island and hotel. Actual value will depend on number of travelers and location. For purposes of this prize, “immediate” family members shall consist only of: parents, spouse, children and siblings of Grand prize winner

 Travel dates are subject to availability; blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Once issued, tickets will not be replaced or reissued if lost, misplaced, damaged, stolen or destroyed. Important Notice: Trip must be taken during the month of June 2012 on dates specified by Sponsor. If winner cannot travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Trip requires 14-day advance reservations. Lodging and travel dates are subject to availability; blackout dates and restrictions apply. Winner recommended to book early. Hotel stay is subject to any additional restrictions and limitations established by the Grand Hotel. Winner and travel companions must travel together on the same itinerary. All travel arrangements must be made through a travel agent selected by Sponsor. If winner lives within a 100-mile radius of hotel designated by Sponsor, winner will not receive the air-transportation portion of the prize, ground transportation will be substituted in lieu thereof, and the prize package will consist solely of the remaining elements. Winner is solely responsible for all gratuities, meals and ground transportation not specified, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these rules. No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize (in whole or in part) is permitted, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. In no event will Sponsor be responsible to award more than the stated number of prizes. Prizes may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed or placed into any channels of distribution. Any difference between actual value of prizes and approximate retail value will not be awarded as cash or otherwise. Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these official rules.
