Open to legal U.S. residents who reside in a serviceable area of Time Warner Cable Enterprises LLC (“Sponsor” or “Time Warner Cable”)) and those living in the same household in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV, or WI
PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) AND APPROXIMATE ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE: Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to Turks and Caicos. Trip prize consists solely of the following: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a Sponsor-selected major U.S. Gateway airport near winner’s residence to Turks and Caicos; standard hotel accommodations [one (1) room, double occupancy, room and tax only] for four (4) days and three (3) nights, and one (1) $500 American Express Gift Card. The total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $3,150 depending on the winner’s residence.
Instant Win Prizes (15 – one per day): Each calendar day during the Promotion Period one (1) potential instant winner will be selected to win one (1) Instant Win prize. Except for the first (which will begin at the beginning of the Promotion Period), a “calendar day” will begin at 12:00 a.m. ET and conclude at 11:59 p.m. ET on that same day.
