open to legal residents of the contiguous United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and any other jurisdiction where Sweepstakes would be prohibited by law) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and hold valid title to a car meeting all of the following requirements:
•4-door sedan, 2-door coupe or convertible only (station wagons, minivans, vans, sport utility vehicles and pick-up trucks not eligible)
•Original manufacture date cannot be prior to 1995
•Must be in running condition with current inspection and registration as required by the law of the state in which the car is registered
•Must have a Kelley Blue Book value of less than $25,000

One (1) Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The winner’s car will be picked up from the winner’s residence and transported to the site across the street from the E3 Event scheduled to take place at the Los Angeles Convention Center on June 7-9, 2011 (the “Event”). Selection of the transport company will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor. The winner will be provided with a rental car (make/model in the sole discretion of Sponsor) for his/her use while his/her car is in transit and on display near the Event. While near the Event, mechanics selected by THQ, in its sole discretion, will customize the winner’s car with new body kits and wheels to give it a “Saints Row” appearance. In addition, the winner will receive a two-night trip for him/herself to Los Angeles, California beginning on June 7, 2011. During his/her time in Los Angeles, winner will be invited to consult with the mechanics working on his/her car; provided, however, that all modifications will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor and the mechanics. Trip includes roundtrip economy class air transportation for winner from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor); two (2) nights’ standard hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); use of a rental car (make/model in the sole discretion of Sponsor) in Los Angeles, California and $5,000. Approximate retail value of (“ARV”) Grand Prize: $25,000.
