Prize: (1 winner) 3-day2-night trip for the Grand Prize winner and up to three travel companions to an area resort (near the Grand Prize winner’s residence) and, subject to availability, Grand Prize winner and travel companions will enjoy a variety of amenities available at the destination which could include, but are not limited to, boating, fishing, sport activities and tour of the area. Determination of area resort destination selected is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or Administering Agency. Travel dates are tentatively scheduled sometime between November 1, 2009 and September 30, 2010. Grand Prize winner and travel companions must travel on the same itinerary on the actual fulfillment dates designated by the Sponsor and/or Administering Agency. If the Grand Prize winner cannot travel during the specified travel dates, then he/she forfeits the entire Grand Prize and an alternate entry will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the end of the Promotion Period. If the Grand Prize winner is UAOM, Parent of that individual must accompany him/her on the trip as a travel companion. A legal guardian must provide written proof of guardianship.
