Prizes; Prize Restrictions: Nineteen (19) prize winners will be selected. The Grand Prize Winner and a guest of his/her choosing (the “Guest”) will each receive a trip to New York, New York on a date selected by Sponsor at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, suchtrip to consist of the following: (a) round trip coach airfare between an airport near his/her residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and either John F. Kennedy, LaGuardia or Newark airport (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (unless he/she resides within one hundred (100) miles of New York City in which case no airfare shall be provided), (b) hotel accommodations for two nights (double room, double occupancy), at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, © dinner with Mickey
 Boardman, professionally known as “Mr. Mickey”, (d) attendance at a New York Fashion Week event with Mr. Mickey, (e) tour of Sponsor’s factory in Sunnyside, New York, its showroom and its flagship store, (f) the opportunity to get styled by Sponsor’s shoe and clothing stylists, (g) the opportunity to have his/her hair and makeup done professionally, and (h) car service to and from the airport, if applicable, the hotel and each of the foregoing events (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of cancellation or delay of any flight. Sponsor is not responsible if any of the foregoing
 events is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which case that portion of the Grand Prize is forfeited in its entirety, and no substitution will be provided, except as in
 Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Runner-Up will receive free shoes from Sponsor for one (1) year as follows: each month, on a date selected by Sponsor at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, for a period of twelve (12) months, the Runner-Up will select one (1) pair of shoes from among several pairs of shoes provided and manufactured by Sponsor (the “Runner-Up Prize”). The Gift Card Winners will receive the Gift Cards as set forth above. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen Gift Cards. Prizes are nontransferable.
 The approximate aggregate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,000; the approximate aggregate retail value of the Runner-Up Prize is $1,500; and the approximate aggregate retail value of the Gift Cards is $1,400.
 The Grand Prize Winner, Guest, Runner-Up and Gift Card Winners are responsible for all expenses not expressly included in connection with the prizes. Except as indicated
 above, the Grand Prize Winner, Guest, Runner-Up and Gift Card Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, transportation, housing, food, beverages, gratuities
 and any other incidental costs in connection with the prizes. All elements of prize awards are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute portions of a prize with something of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each of the Grand Prize Winner, Guest, Runner-Up and Gift Card Winners must be available to redeem his/her
 prize on February 20, 2012. No transfer or cash equivalent for any prize (or prize component) will be made or awarded.
