Ten (10) Grand Prizes: Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to attend a 2012 MLB® World Series championship game. In addition, the charity designated on each Grand Prize Winner’s Registration Form (or mailed entry) will directly receive an $18,000 donation (in the form of a check) on behalf of State Farm. Trip consists of:
– round-trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s primary residence in the U.S.,
– two (2) night standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room),
– ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel/games &
– two (2) tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest to attend a 2012 MLB® World Series championship game.
Exact dates of trip will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $6,500.
One (1) First Prize: First Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip for First Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to NYC to attend a tour of the MLB Fan Cave. Trip consists of:
– round-trip coach air transportation for First Prize Winner and Guest from a major gateway airport nearest First Prize Winner’s primary residence in the U.S.,
– two (2) nights standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room),
– ground transportation to/from the airport/hotel/tour &
– tour for First Prize Winner and Guest.
Exact dates of trip will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV of First Prize: $2,500.
One (1) Second Prize: Second Prize Winner will receive one piece of autographed MLB merchandise (to be designated by Sponsor). ARV of Second Prize: $500.
Two (2) Third Prizes: Each Third Prize Winner will receive a $100 MLB.com gift card. ARV of each Third Prize: $100.
Twenty-five (25) Fourth Prizes: Each Fourth Prize Winner will receive a Go To Bat t-shirt. ARV of each Fourth Prize: $10.
Terms, conditions and restrictions on gift card may apply, as designated by issuer. Autographed merchandise is not game used. If any Grand or First Prize Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of trip destination, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Actual value of trips may vary depending on location of Winner’s residence. Grand Prize Winners will not be responsible for any associated taxes for charity donation portion of prizes. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), luggage fees, additional meals, insurance, gratuities, additional ground transportation (other than that described above) & for any other costs and expenses associated with Grand or First Prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein as being provided. Trips must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Certain travel & hotel restrictions may apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) unless the child or legal ward of the Grand or First Prize Winner, and must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If any Guest is a minor, Grand or First Prize Winner must execute and return all required documents (including, without limitation, a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited by law)) on behalf of such minor Guest prior to issuance of travel documents. Minor guest must be accompanied by Grand or First Prize Winner. Each Grand and First Prize Winner and his/her Guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Each Grand & First Prize Winner & his/her guest are responsible for obtaining any/all necessary documents (including but not limited to valid passports, visas and/or photo I.D.) prior to departure. Game tickets are subject to & governed by certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seating assignment at the applicable game will be determined by Sponsor. Each Grand Prize Winner & his/her Guest must comply with all applicable stadium & venue rules & regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. If any game is cancelled, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded & Sponsor shall have no further obligation to Grand Prize Winner. If game is postponed, Grand Prize Winner’s trip will be re-scheduled for the date on which the applicable game will take place. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right remove or to deny entry to any Grand Prize Winner &/or his/her guest(s) if he/she engages in a non- sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game. Major League Baseball® game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the other applicable MLB Entities, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The Released Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other events that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes & donations to be awarded in this Promotion: $248,450.
