PRIZE: One (1) winner will be chosen. The winner will receive one (1) Invicta Island Getaway Prize Package consisting of: A trip for the winner and one (1) guest, 21 years of age or older, to the Staniel Cay Yacht Club in Exumas, Bahamas. The trip includes:
– a travel voucher, travel gift card, or similar payment method for roundtrip airfare for two (2) from a major continental U.S. airport close to winner’s home, to Fort Lauderdale International (FLL) airport, (actual dollar amount to be determined based upon an average airfare cost for two (2) round trip tickets from a major continental U.S. airport close to winner’s home, to Fort Lauderdale International (FLL) airport for a trip in April 2013, as reported on Expedia.com on or about October 19, 2012. Actual value will be determined after the potential winner and the major airport closest to their home is identified, but the amount shall not exceed $1000);
– a gift card for one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) to be used towards ground transfers to and from the Fort Lauderdale Executive (FXE)*;
– roundtrip airfare for (2) from Fort Lauderdale Executive (FXE) airport to the Exumas, Bahamas;
– ground transportation to and from the airstrip in the Bahamas to the Staniel Cay Yacht Club;
– lodging for two (2) adults at the Staniel Cay Yacht Club for four (4) nights;
– breakfast, lunch and dinner daily (food only) plus access to all the amenities offered by the Staniel Cay Yacht Club.
Video of the trip may be shot by a ShopNBC film crew, portions of which may appear in ShopNBC promotions at ShopNBC’s sole discretion. Trip itinerary shall be planned and travel arranged by the winner. Travel is subject to resort availability and blackout dates which will be supplied to the winner upon final verification. Sponsor shall not have any liability should the winner use any or all of the gift cards, vouchers or other awarded payment methods for purposes other than making travel arrangements for this Promotion. If the winner misuses the gift cards, vouchers or other awarded payment methods, they will be required to replace the value on their own behalf or forfeit the rest of the prize. Travel must be booked at least thirty (30) days in advance of arrival and completed by October 18, 2013.
If the winner resides in Florida, in an area in which commercial air travel to Fort Lauderdale is not available or is infeasible,, at the discretion of the Sponsors, private car service from the winner’s home directly to Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, will be substituted for the voucher/gift card(s) for travel to Fort Lauderdale and ground transportation between the two Fort Lauderdale airports and the voucher/gift card(s) for travel to Fort Lauderdale and ground transportation between the two Fort Lauderdale airports will not be awarded.
No refund or compensation will be made by the Sponsors if the winner determines they cannot travel at the times available or in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the winner’s selected airline carrier, as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Unless otherwise noted, Travel package does not include transportation to and from the winner’s home to the major airport located near the winner’s home. Gratuities, bar, and beverage charges or items of a personal nature are not included. Furthermore, all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Invicta Island Getaway Prize Package description above, include but are not limited to: ground transportation, meals, incidentals, surcharges, airport fees, luggage fees, legal fees, passport expenses, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner and/or their guest. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining any and all documents necessary for travel. A valid passport will be required for travel to and from the Bahamas. Winner and guest are solely responsible for their own conduct and judgment while accepting the prize and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to use and enjoyment of the prize, including, but not limited to, consumption of alcoholic beverages. Approximate Retail Value of the Invicta Island Getaway Prize Package (“ARV”): Three Thousand and five hundred dollars ($3,500.00).
