There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes: (1) via iPhone or Android Mobile Device (“via Mobile”) or (2) via email. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE AND YOU WISH TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES VIA EMAIL, YOU MUST HAVE PERMISSION FROM A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN. Via Mobile: To enter via Mobile, you must first download the Shazam application on your supported mobile devices (the “Shazam Application”). You may do so by visiting www.shazam.com using your mobile device. Click on the “Get Shazam” link and follow the instructions to complete the download of the Shazam Application to your mobile device. Once you have downloaded the Shazam application to your supported mobile device, you may enter the Sweepstakes as follows: To enter, you must successfully use your Shazam application by:

 tagging a trailer for the film promoting the 1D3D Movie Premiere – trailers will be on Vevo
 tagging any One Direction song using the Shazam application
 clicking on an a banner ad in the Shazam application – banners will be One Direction theme related
 Clicking on a direct link from a Facebook post
PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two (2) to the One Direction 3D Movie Premiere in a metropolitan city to be determined. Trip includes round-trip, coach, air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from a major airport nearest the winner’s home, transportation to and from the airport (in home town and in city of premiere), transportation to and from the premiere, double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights in the city of the premiere, and $200 in spending cash (awarded in the form of a check). In the event that the premiere does not take place as planned, for whatever reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts or an event of force majeure, the winner will be provided a cash prize value of $2,000, which is comparable to total prize package, in lieu of prize. Approximate Retail Value: $2,000.
