Grand Prize: (1 winner) 4-night/5-day trip for two people (grand prize winner and one guest chosen by grand prize winner who must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure) to Tokyo, Japan. Grand prize includes hotel accommodations at the Hyatt Regency Hotel or other similar accommodation selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion (standard room, double occupancy, room and tax only) and round trip economy class airfare from the nearest major U.S. airport to the grand prize winner’s home (grand prize winner and guest must travel to and from the same airport and have the same travel itinerary). Sponsor reserves the right to structure the grand prize and select airline and hotel accommodation at its sole discretion. In Tokyo, the winner and guest will receive a tour of Boscia’s Clean Room Facility. In addition, the winner (but not the guest) will receive an assortment of Boscia products (not to exceed $200; products selected by Sponsor). All other expenses related to acceptance of the grand prize not explicitly listed herein as being part of the grand prize are the responsibility of the grand prize winner and guest, including all taxes and departure taxes, insurance, spending money, tips and any travel, hotel or other charges. Travel must take place by December 31, 2009. Certain restrictions, blackout dates and conditions may apply and exact travel dates are subject to space availability and approval of Sponsor. Passport or other country entry requirements are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner and guest. Sponsor is not responsible in the event the grand prize winner and/or guest is refused entry to the destination city or re-entry to the United States, for whatever reason, in which event any unused portion of the grand prize will be forfeited.
