GRAND PRIZE. “Grand Prize” will be an arrangement between the Grand Prize winner and Jennifer Farrell Designs LLC for the remodeling of a room or space at the Grand Prize winner’s home located within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia up to a value of forty-five thousand U.S. dollars (US$45,000). Approximately one-third of the Grand Prize value will consist of design services by Jennifer Farrell Designs LLC and approximately two thirds of the Grand Prize value will consist of furnishings, materials and related labor (e.g., handling and installation of furnishings). Other Grand Prize conditions, limits and requirements include:
To receive and realize the Grand Prize, the Winner must enter into a written agreement with Jennifer Farrell Designs LLC (the “Design Agreement”) and cause such remodel project (the “Project”) to be started within six (6) months after the Grand Prize is awarded.
If costs of, resulting from or otherwise associated with the Project for any reason EXCEED $45,000 then the Winner shall be responsible for any such excess.
If costs of, resulting from or otherwise associated with the Project for any reason are LESS than $45,000, the Winner is not entitled to receive the difference in the form of cash, other property or value or otherwise –any such difference is not part of the Grand Prize.
Winner is responsible for all necessary permissions, permits and consents of any kind, and assurance that the home is able to be worked on and is in compliance with all laws, codes and regulations.
Winner forfeits the Grand Prize (and it will not be re-awarded) if the related conditions, limits and requirements set forth in these Rules (or in the Design Agreement) are breached, not met or are not met on a timely basis.
Sponsor reserves the right to replace Jennifer Farrell Designs LLC with an alternative firm or person in its discretion and with or without notice, and without any obligations or assurances of the same or similar reputation, skill, quality or experience, or otherwise.

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize offered in this Promotion is forty-five thousand dollars (US$45,000).

SECOND PRIZE. Five (5) Second Prizes will be available to be won in this Promotion. Each “Second Prize” will consist of (i) one thousand U.S. dollars (US$1,000), which may be furnished in cash, by check, by credit, debit or gift card or otherwise (in Sponsor’s discretion), and (ii) an assortment of books from HarperCollins Publishers L.L.C. Sponsor reserves the right to replace HarperCollins Publishers L.L.C. as the source of such books with an alternative source in its discretion and with or without notice, and without any obligations or assurances of any kind.

ARV of each Second Prize offered in this Promotion is one thousand five hundred dollars (US$1,500).

ARV of all six (6) Prizes offered in this Promotion, taken together, is fifty-two thousand five hundred dollars (US$52,500).

Only one Grand Prize will be awarded and only five (5) Second Prizes will be awarded. No person may win more than one Prize.
