The Prize: Winner and two (2) guests (“Winner’s Guests”), all of whom must
 be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, will be awarded entry to a Party
 (date to be determined) at The Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles, California
 (the “Party at The Playboy Mansion”). Winner and Winner’s Guests will also
 be provided two (2) rooms for two (2) nights’ standard accommodations
 (double occupancy in one) at a hotel to be chosen by Sponsor.
 Sponsor will also provide round-trip standard air travel for Winner and Winner’s Guests, all of whom must be on the same flight(s), between the major commercial gateway airport nearest Winner’s residence and Los Angeles, California
