(i) Entrant must be the Authorized Account Holder (as defined below) for a Pinterest account and either a Twitter or LinkedIn account and keep such accounts active and in good standing during the Sweepstakes; and
(ii) Entrant must either create or already have a “board” on Pinterest related to holiday gifts (the “Entry Board”); and
(iii) Entrant must follow Sponsor’s Pinterest Business Twitter account, located at http://www.twitter.com/pinterestbiz, or Sponsor’s Pinterest Business Linkedin account, ; and
(iv) Entrant must reply to the Sweepstakes post on the followed Sponsor’s Pinterest Business Twitter account or Sponsor’s Pinterest Business LinkedIn account with a link to their Entry Board.

Completing and submitting all requirements outlined herein constitutes an entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Entry”). Entrants may only use one (1) Pinterest account and either one (1) Twitter or one (1) LinkedIn account to participate in the Sweepstakes.
PRIZES: Five (5) Grand Prizes are available. Each Grand Prize winner shall receive one (1) gift box containing various surprise items for an Approximate Total Retail Value of $250 USD. The Approximate Retail Value of the total prize pool is $1,250 USD.
