Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to New York City to attend the 2011 New Year’s Eve festivities, currently contemplated to take place on or around December 30, 2010 to on or around January 1, 2011, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The trip for two will include: roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to New York City; 3-nights hotel accommodations in New York City for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); round trip ground transportation between airport and hotel in New York City and $100 spending money per day for four days for the Grand Prize Winner. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,000.00
