RANDOM DRAW VOTING SWEEPSTAKES
Eligible Voters who vote for their favorite Finalist will receive one (1) Entry in the Voting Random Drawing each day they vote during the Community Voting Period (2:00:01 PM ET on February 29, 2012 through 2:00:00 PM ET on March 19, 2012)
Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Limit one (1) Random Drawing prize per person during the Voting Period.
Ten (10) Random Drawing Prizes: A Linksys E4200 wireless router. ARV: $450/each. Limit one (1) Random Drawing prize per person during the Voting Period.

CONTEST
Contest will consist of four (4) Phases:
During Phase 1, which will run from 2:00:00 PM ET on January 3, 2012 through 2:00:00 PM ET on February 17, 2012 (“Entry Period”), Eligible Participants will have the opportunity to submit their Essay for consideration in the Contest.
During Phase 2, which will run from 2:00:01 PM ET on February 17, 2012 through 2:00:00 PM PT on February 29, 2012 (“Judging Period”), each Entry will be scored by a panel of judges and the ten (10) top-scoring entries (“Finalists”) will move on to Phase 3. Up to a maximum of ten (10) (as determined by Sponsor) top-scoring entries will be declared Finalists. During the Judging Period, all eligible entries will be judged by a panel of expert judges based on the following criteria: (i) Creativity – 30%; (ii) Quality of Submission – 30%; (iii) Relevance to Contest Theme – 40%.
During Phase 3, which will run from 2:00:01 PM ET on February 29, 2012 through 2:00:00 PM ET on March 19, 2012 (“Community Voting Period”), the ten (10) Finalists will have their Entry displayed online and members of the online community will be given the opportunity to vote for the Finalist of their choice.
During Phase 4, the online votes will be tallied and the Finalist who received the greatest number of votes in Phase 3 will be declared the Grand Prize winner on or about March 26, 2012, subject to verification.
Submit an essay of one hundred (100) words or less describing how your love of technology has created a new family tradition.
Limit of one Entry per person
Contest Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive $10,000 awarded as a Best Buy gift card that can be applied towards home entertainment devices chosen by the Grand Prize winner. The Linksys E4200 wireless router and accessories will be included. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $10,500.
Ten (10) Finalist Prizes: A Linksys Prize Package includes a Linksys E4200 wireless router and accessories. ARV: $450/each.
Total ARV of all prizes: $$16,950.
