Bonus Entries: You will need a code (“Code”) to obtain bonus entries. There are two (2) ways to obtain a Code:
a. Watch SPEED channel: The Code will be displayed during the first fifty (50) lap segment of the NASCAR All-Star Race™ on May 21, 2011 on the SPEED channel.
b. Free Code: To obtain bonus entries without watching SPEED channel, use LIKESPEED as your Code.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE is available: The grand prize consists of $10,000 fulfilled as a check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000 USD.
ONE (1) FIRST PRIZE is available: The first prize consists of $2,500 fulfilled as a check. ARV: $2,500 USD.
ONE (1) SECOND PRIZE is available: The second prize consists of $500 fulfilled as a check. ARV: $500 USD.
Up to SEVEN (7) THIRD PRIZES are available: Each third prize consists of A SPEED gear prize package which includes: a hat, a t-shirt, and other items. Any other items included in the prize package, as well as size and style of hat, and t-shirt, to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV of each third prize: $100 USD.
For All Prizes: For all non-U.S. winners, 30% of the prize value will be withheld and remitted to the IRS to comply with U.S. tax laws. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. All portions of the prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable. Prizes pictured in online, television and print advertising and other Sweepstakes materials are for illustrative purposes only. All other details of the prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each prize winner is responsible for all federal, state. provincial and/local taxes and the reporting consequences thereof and any other fees or costs associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit: One (1) prize per person. Total ARV for all prizes: $13,700 USD.
