PRIZES: Two (2) Grand Prizes (one (1) each Entry Period) are available. Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) 5 day/4 night vacation package for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest to Napa Valley, CA (the “Trip”) from September 21 – 25, 2014 for a three (3) day Napa Valley VIP Tour (“Tour”). The Trip will consist of the following: (a) round-trip coach class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor); (b) hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (one (1) room, double occupancy); (c) Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) spending money for the Grand Prize Winner only; (d) local ground transportation to/from airport/hotel; and (e) one (1) Napa Valley VIP Tour . Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: Four Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($4,900.00).
