One (1) Grand Prize: (Grand Prize winner may choose one of the prize options below):

Grand Prize Option #1: $40,000 Modern Living Room Makeover: Includes $20,000 worth of products from Design Within Reach and $20,000 in remodeling and design services by Houzz that will include design, construction, and installation services. Design services will be selected at the discretion of the Co-Sponsors with a designer nearest the winner’s home.

Grand Prize Option #2: $32,000 Modern Living Room Makeover and $8,000 cash: Includes $16,000 worth of products from Design Within Reach, $16,000 in remodeling and design services by Houzz that will include design, construction, and installation services, and $8,000 cash awarded in the form of a corporate check intended to be used for tax expenses. Design services will be selected at the discretion of the Co-Sponsors with a designer nearest the winner’s home.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize Option is $40,000.
