On or around 10/26/21, five (5) first prize winners (each a “First Prize Winner”) and twenty-five (25) second prize winners (each a “Second Price Winner”) will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received by the close of the Entry Period. A First Prize Winner and a Second Prize Winner are also referred to herein as a “Winner.” There will be a total of thirty (30) Winners. Each First Prize Winner will win the following prize (each a “First Prize”): one (1) pair of authentic Hacker-Pschorr leather trousers. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is $257.00. Each Second Prize Winner will win the following prize (each a “Second Prize”): one (1) one (1) Hacker-Pschorr t-shirt (ARV $13.00) and one (1) Hacker-Pschorr fedora hat (ARV $10.00). The ARV of each Second Prize is $23.00. The ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $1,860.00.
