Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to Glamour’s Women of the Year 2011 event in New York City. Grand Prize package includes: two coach-class airfare ticket(s) from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York, one (1) standard hotel room [double occupancy] for three (3) night(s) at a hotel selected by Sponsor, an outfit for the event selected by the winner and Glamour and provided to the winner by Glamour (up to $500), and makeup done by L’Oréal Paris. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,000.00 depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and distance between departures and destination. Ground transportation, meals, in-room, (e.g. mini-bar, movies) or other personal charges at lodging, telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses not expressly listed above as being part of the prize are not included. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Winner must be available to travel for the Glamour’s Women of the Year 2011 event (within first 2 weeks of November) in New York, NY. If winner cannot travel for the scheduled event, the prize will be forfeited and another potential winner may be selected. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel. Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents (e.g. valid photo I.D.) prior to travel. Travel companion must complete and return a Liability/Publicity release prior to travel, except where prohibited. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must have reached the age of majority in his/her state of residence.
