The Grand Prize Award recipient will receive a $10,000, 10-year termGerber Life College Plan, which is an individual endowment insurance policy which matures ten (10) years from the date of issuance, issued by Gerber Life Insurance Company (the “Gerber Life College Plan”) and a cash award of $4,125 which may be used for any purpose, including toward any taxes that may be associated with award acceptance. Gerber Life Insurance Company will pay the premium for the awarded Gerber Life College Plan. The Award is subject to Gerber Life Insurance Company’s policy’s terms and conditions. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) at maturity is $14,125. If an award recipient elects to cash in the policy prior to maturation, the cash value will be less than the $10,000 value of the policy at maturation. Award recipient will be the Insured under the Gerber Life College Plan, and as defined in the policy.
