Prizes:
 GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES:
 One Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize includes: (i) a 2013 Fiat® 500 Turbo, including sales tax, title and shipping, in a color to be chosen by winner based upon available stock in winner’s jurisdiction (“ARV”) $21,500.00 USD;
 a trip to an Express Event (e.g. a store opening or runway show) as determined by Sponsor (ARV $2,500.00 USD);
 a make-up and hair makeover with clothing and accessory styling tips (ARV $500.00 USD);
 choice of a $1,000.00 Express Shopping Spree (ARV $1,000.00 USD) or the Express Fashion Star capsule collection as revealed on the final episode of season two of Fashion Star (ARV $370.00 USD). Total Grand Prize ARV: $29,000.00 USD
 Grand Prize winner: (A) must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at the time of winner verification and delivery; and (B) is responsible for license, registration, automobile insurance and all other fees and costs not expressly covered by Sponsor as part of the Grand Prize.
