Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for winner and one guest to attend Black Women in Hollywood Awards in Los Angeles, CA. (ARV $2,750) Actual value of trip depends on location of winner’s primary residence and fares at time of travel. If actual value of the trip is lower than ARV stated herein, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Prize consists of: round trip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest to/from closest commercial airport nearest to winner’s primary residence (or ground transportation if winner reside within a 100 mile radius of Los Angeles); double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights; two (2) tickets to attend Event (selection of seats is at the Sponsor’s sole discretion) and hair and make up makeover for winner and guest. All meals, ground transportation (other than as noted), taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, service charges, insurance or other expenses not specified herein are not included and are the winner’s sole responsibility

Winner and guest must travel on dates specified by Sponsor (tentatively scheduled for March 3 – March 5, 2010, but subject to change) or forfeit all rights to the trip. All prize details are at Sponsor‘s sole discretion. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary including same departure and return dates. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent on an airline carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Winner and guest must comply with any security procedure or measures imposed by the Sponsor, and/or Event coordinator(s) and/or representatives who reserve the right in their sole discretion to suspend or cancel the participation of winner and/or her guest due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. If the Event is postponed, canceled, or has occurred, no compensation or substitution will be provided and the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner (and guest) other than to supply the remaining portion of trip. Should this be the case, trip must be taken within 12 months from the date of prize notification. If for any reason whatsoever, winner is unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for any portion of prize, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older and will be required to complete a Travel Release prior to travel.
