accommodations at Sponsor’s choice of hotel (2 rooms, double occupancy); 1-day
park admission tickets for 4 people; 4 Quick Queue Passes; 4 meal vouchers; special
behind-the-scenes animal interaction tour (based on availability); $200 spending
money, awarded as a check; and travel agent services. Busch Gardens/SeaWorld
tickets expire 12/1/14.
For Southwest Airlines vouchers: Prize includes roundtrip air travel on Southwest
Airlines (subject to Southwest Airlines terms and conditions; certain restrictions may
apply). No blackout dates. Airline tickets awarded will be open origination and open
destination and will expire on 12/1/2014. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each
voucher: $400. Southwest Airlines tickets will bear the date of issue and the date of
expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended, and tickets will not be refundable
or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or
stolen. Tickets valid on Southwest-operated, published, scheduled service only in
the United States. Tickets are not valid on code-share or AirTran operated service,
or any international service. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be sold to a
third party. No substitutions are allowed. Travel may be booked up to 2 hours prior
to departure and is based on seat availability. If the winner does not live in a city
served by Southwest Airlines, he/she is responsible for transportation to the nearest
airport served by Southwest Airlines. No substitutions are allowed.
Winner must complete the trip prior to 12/1/14 or prize will be forfeited. Winner
must book trip at least 21 days prior to departure. Travel subject to availability.
Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine itinerary in its sole discretion. No
refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any
flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules,
and those set forth by Southwest Airlines. If trip destination is less than 250 miles
from the winner’s residence, winner will be provided $200 in spending money for
driving expenses in lieu of air vouchers. If any of winner’s guests is a minor (as
determined by his/her state of residence), winner must be that minor’s parent/legal
guardian and must complete required paperwork on behalf of minor as applicable.
Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of prize
documents. ARV: $2,719.
