Prize: (1 winner) Flyaway trip for to Memphis, TN and to Las Vegas, NV, before June 30, 2012. Event dates subject to change in EPE’s and CDS’ sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner cannot travel on dates specified by EPE and CDS, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the prize. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible if potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to accept prize. The trips will include:

 (i) Roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of EPE’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by EPE in its sole discretion) to Memphis, TN, at EPE’s sole discretion. EPE reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event;
 (ii) 2-nights hotel accommodations at Elvis Presley’s Heartbreak Hotel in Memphis, TN, at EPE’s sole discretion, for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included);
 (iii) Two Graceland Platinum tour tickets;
 (iv) Two tour tickets to Sun Studio;
 (v) Two tour tickets to the Stax Museum of American Soul Music;
 (vi) Two tour tickets to the Memphis Rock ‘n’ Soul Museum;
 (vii) Two tour tickets to Dixon Gallery and Gardens;
 (viii) Two tour tickets to the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art;

 (xii) Dinner for two at ARIA Resort & Casino (as determined by ARIA Resort & Casino in its sole discretion);
 (xiii) The VIP show experience (food and beverage, photograph opportunity, and a souvenir gift bag)
