Prizing: One (1) Grand Prize is available, consisting of a trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest to the 2008 CMT MUSIC AWARDS Show in Nashville, TN (the “Destination’) from April 13, 2008 through April 15, 2008, dates non-negotiable. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and his or her Guest which shall originate from an airport of MTVN’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by MTVN) to Destination. MTVN reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within one hundred fifty (150) miles of Destination; (ii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (at a hotel selected by MTVN in its sole discretion) which shall be one room (double occupancy) (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) Hair and make-up service in preparation for the 2008 CMT Music Awards Show; (iv) Two (2) tickets to the 2008 CMT Music Awards Show; and (v) ground transportation to/from airport and to/from hotel as well as to/from the 2008 CMT Music Awards Show; (the “Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,900.00
