PRIZE
One (1) prize will be awarded, subject to the conditions below, consisting of:
− Round trip economy airfare for two (2) people from the international airport closest to the
Winner’s (as defined hereinafter) place of residence to the city where the Cirque du Soleil
show of their choice is being performed in the United States of America. Each airplane
ticket having an approximate total retail value not to exceed US$1000, inclusive of all
applicable taxes;
− Two (2) premium seats to any Cirque du Soleil show of their choice in the United States of
America. The approximate total retail value of the tickets is US$300 inclusive of all
applicable taxes;
− One (1) night in a regular room at an Hotel located in the city where the Cirque du Soleil
show of their choice is being performed in the United States of America. Check-in from
July, 2010 to December 2010; check-out from July, 2010 to January 2011) having an
approximate total retail value of US$300 inclusive of all applicable taxes per night;
− Five Hundred US Dollars (US$500) in cash.

The total estimated retail value of Prize is approximately Three Thousand One Hundred United
States Dollars (US$3,100)
