Entrants can nominate multiple individuals, but each nominee may only be nominated one time. Self-nominations are also accepted. Nominees must be between 60 and 69 years old during the 2012 calendar year (January 1, 2012 – December 31, 2012). Entrants must provide all information requested to be eligible to enter or win. Entry is not complete until Entrant has followed the online prompts, completed the text nomination box, uploaded a picture and affirmatively accepted the Official Rules. Nominations may be featured on Chickenofthesea.com or on the Sponsor’s social media profiles (Facebook and Twitter) during the contest period.
THE ENTRY: The Entrant must tell us in essay format (400 words or less) (the “Essay”) why the person he/she nominated (the “Nominee”) is sensational – fueling her or his mind, body and spirit by balancing healthy eating, activity and personal fulfillment. All Entries must include an Essay and photo (“Photo”) and/or video (“Video”) as described below (collectively the “Entry”). Videos are not required, but are encouraged.
Essay Requirements
• Essay must describe why the Nominee is sensational – fueling her or his mind, body and spirit by balancing healthy eating, activity and personal fulfillment.
• The Essay must be in English and no more than 400 words.
• Essay must not include any copyrighted written material.
Photo Requirements
• Photo must be of Entrant or Nominee only.
• File format must be.JPG,.GIF or .PNG

DAILY SWEEPSTAKES: During the course of the Entry Period, the Sponsor will hold daily random drawings from the pool of Entries received up to that daily drawing. The daily winner will be notified via email and winner’s name may be posted along with a link his/her Entry on the day he/she wins on Sponsor’s Facebook page and the Contest platform. There will be a total of 60 daily drawings awarding one (1) prize pack in each daily drawing. Winners will receive a Chicken of the Sea Prize Pack, which will consist of a variety of Chicken of the Sea-brand items and/or Chicken of the Sea products. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize Pack will vary between $25 and $50. Total ARV of all prizes between $1,500 to $3,000.
CONTEST/VOTING PERIOD: The Voting Period will take place from August 13, 2012 at 9:01 a.m. PDT until September 6, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PDT (“Voting Period”) and shall be subject to the Contest Voting Terms and Conditions and will consist of two rounds of public voting. The first round of voting will take place from August 13, 2012 at 9:01 a.m. PDT until August 26, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
At the conclusion of the first round of voting, the twenty-five (25) Entries with the highest number of votes (“Finalists”) will move on the second round of voting.
The second round of the voting will take place from August 27, 2012 at 9:01 a.m. PDT to September 6, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
PRIZES: Four Nominees will be selected from all Entries and they will be posted on September 17, 2012 by 12:01 p.m. PDT on the Contest Website and the Sponsor’s Facebook page. Nominees can choose between one of three prize options:
A. 60s and Sensational Shopping Spree – Nominee will receive a $1,000 gift card to use as he/she sees fit.
B. Girlfriend Getaway – Nominee will receive spa package for her (or him) and a guest, complete with hotel accommodations, dinner and more valued at $1,000.
C. Night Out on the Town – Nominee will receive a dinner at restaurant of his or her choice, with up to three (3) friends. Limousine service included. Prize value: $1,000.
