Forty (40) Grand Prizes: Each Each Grand Prize consists of the partial or full fulfillment of the Resolution that was submitted by the entrant, or the partial or full fulfillment of any component, variation or interpretation of that Resolution (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), and is subject to any terms, limitations and restrictions that Sponsor may determine in its sole discretion. The fulfillment of the Resolution may be accomplished by Sponsor within the time parameters established by Sponsor in its sole discretion but all Resolution fulfillment must be completed by August 30, 2012. There is no requirement that Sponsor fulfill the Resolution exactly as worded in the Contest Entry. Prizes may include (but are not limited to) sports apparel, exercise equipment, electronic products, gym club memberships, gift cards, or other similar prizes. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize may vary depending upon the nature of the Resolution and its components, and the manner of fulfillment, but cannot exceed US$500.00 each. The maximum total ARV of all of the Grand Prizes in this Contest will not exceed US$20,000.00.

 There is a limit of one Grand Prize per person and per household.
