Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for winner and one guest to attend the U.S. movie premiere and screening of Transformers: Dark of the Moon in a major U.S. city and on a date to be determined by Paramount. Prize includes: round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from major gateway airport nearest winner’s US residence (as solely determined by Sponsor), two tickets to the Premiere as described above on date to be determined during time period as stated below, two tickets for the Paramount Pictures Studios tour if the premiere is held in Los Angeles, 3-nights hotel accommodations (standard, double-occupancy room), ground transportation in host city between airport, hotel and movie premiere, $100 cash spending money per day for winner and an opportunity for a “meet and greet” with Patrick Dempsey. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of host city (as solely determined by Sponsor), ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Winner must be able to travel to host city on dates to be specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless the child or legal ward of winner and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is child or legal ward of winner, winner must sign and return release on behalf of such child or legal ward. Travel must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Blackout dates, travel and other travel restrictions may apply. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including luggage fees, additional ground transportation, meals, souvenirs, and gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner. (ARV $2,500). Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and location of host city. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. “Transformers: Dark of the Moon” is scheduled for theatrical release on July 1, 2011 The Premiere, if any, will likely occur sometime within the two week period before that date, but the specific date has yet to be determined. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to participate in the Grand Prize trip during the dates set forth by Paramount, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Nothing set forth herein shall be construed to require Paramount to hold a premiere of “Transformers: Dark of the Moon” at any particular time, or at all. In the event that the Premiere and/or the Meet and Greet listed in the Grand Prize description does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons included but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), or for any other reason, then in lieu of attending the Premiere and/or the Meet and Greet, the Grand Prize winner will receive the remaining components, if any, of the Grand Prize, which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to the Grand Prize winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded

Second Prize: (5 winners) Transformers DVD and one “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” DVD. (ARV $30)
