There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) Prize per household in the Promotion.
Prizes: 5 Winners in each Sweepstakes (hereinafter defined) will each receive: (i) one (1) smartphone (no activation or service fees included), with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $749.99; and (ii) one (1) $100 PREPAID card (subject to the terms and conditions of the PREPAID card), with an ARV of $100, collectively (the “Prize” or “Prizes”). The total ARV of each Prize is $849.99. The total ARV for each separate Sweepstakes is $3,399.96.
