The Giveaway shall award one (1) Grand Prize consisting of a 4 day/3 night trip for two (winner and 1 guest) to the Hard Summer Music Festival to be held in Fontana, CA from August 3 through August 4, 2019 (the “Grand Prize” or “Prize”). The Prize will include: (a) two (2) VIP Festival tickets for winner and one (1) guest, (b) exclusive experience upgrades, (c) roundtrip coach air transportation, (d) ground transportation to and from airport/hotel/airport while in CA; and (d) three (3) nights hotel accommodations (one-room double occupancy). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000.
