Prizes:
Grand Prize (1): A trip for two (2) persons to Hollywood, CA. The trip consists of the following:
Round trip coach air transportation (for two [2] people) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest prize winner’s place of residence, ground transportation to and from the Hollywood region airport to the hotel, hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) for two (2) nights and three (3) days. If the Grand Prize winner’s primary residence is within a one-hundred (00)-mile radius of Hollywood, CA, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation with a car service or other ground transportation to the location and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents prior to travel.

One (1) year’s supply of reusable ACUVUE® Brand Contact Lenses. Colored contact lenses will be offered if the winner does not require vision correction. Valid prescription required.
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,580.00.
First Prize (10): A KSM Prize Pack, which may include CDs and merchandise such as t-shirts or posters. Exact merchandise will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV: $100.00 each. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided will be the winners’ sole responsibility. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.
