This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the Austin TX, Columbia SC, El Paso TX, Houston TX, Jackson MS, Jacksonville FL, Lubbock TX, Miami FL, Orlando FL, San Antonio TX, San Diego CA, Savannah GA, Tampa FL, Tucson AZ, Tulsa OK & West Palm Beach FL Marketing Regions (“Marketing Region”). Local Market prizes are offered in and open only to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older who reside in one of the Marketing Regions outlined.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: A total of nineteen (19) Prizes will be awarded. Sixteen (16) Local Market Prize Winners will be awarded in each of the participating Market Regions as outlined in the attached exhibit A and Three (3) Grand Prizes for all entries in each participating Marketing Regions as outlined in Exhibit A as follows:
A. 16 LOCAL MARKET PRIZES:
A Pair of Trek Bicycles – One (1) winner from each of the Sixteen (16) participating Marketing Regions will receive a pair of Trek Bicycle…exact model to be determined solely by sponsor.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each local market prize is approximately $2,000. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner will be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). There is a cash option of $1,250 in place of the Bicycles.
B. THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES:
Three (3) winners will be selected from amongst all of the participating Marketing Regions as outlined in Exhibit A to win the following trip:
TRIP FOR TWO – You are now “Free to Enjoy the Outdoors, Smell the Flowers and Feel the Spray of the Ocean” with Flonase Allergy Relief in Hawaii!
Trip includes round trip coach airfare for four from an airport near winner’s home (determined by sponsor in its sole discretion) including 7 nights in a top Hotel, $1,000 spending money and transfers to and from airport (determined by sponsor and the dates selected by the winner).
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all three trips is approximately $24,000 ($8,000 per trip). All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner will be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). There is a cash option of $5,000 per trip.
