Prize: (1 winner) A trip for four (winner and three guests) to New York, NY. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for four from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor or its representative in its sole discretion) to New York, NY; 3-nights’ accommodations and breakfast daily at a hotel determined by Sponsor or its representative in its sole discretion (two rooms, double occupancy); ground transportation between a New York airport and hotel and between hotel and Red Door Spa; a $500 allowance per guest for a day of treatments at the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa; and a $1,250 cash allowance. Winner and guests must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor or its representative in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to select travel dates acceptable to winner. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, certain ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companions must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure, unless companion(s) is the child of winner or are siblings/friends of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases, and must travel on same itinerary (including the same departure date, destination and return date). Travel must originate from and end at the same airport. If winner is a Minor, at least one travel companion must be winner’s parent/legal guardian. Travel companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Once a travel companion is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If, in the judgment of Sponsor/Sponsor’s representative, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and the difference, if any, in the value of the Sweepstakes prize will not be awarded. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. The Grand Prize winner may be required to provide a credit card to cover incidentals and related expenses at the time of each hotel check-in. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed by winner. Failure to complete the trip prize does not relieve the prize winner of his or her tax obligations associated with winning the prize. All travel for the trip prize must be completed by June 1, 2011 or prize will be forfeited. No extensions will be permitted, and any unused travel or portion of the prize will be forfeited and no compensation awarded in lieu thereof. If the winner does not accept or use a portion of the prize, the unaccepted or unused portion of the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligations with respect to that portion of prize. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated. Tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code-share flights may be used. Prize may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor. Released Parties (defined below) are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Released Parties expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prize or any portion thereof awarded.
