Prize: (1 winner) A vacation package, each for four persons for a four night cruise to be taken aboard the Disney Wonder cruise ship to Nassau and Castaway Cay in The Bahamas. Trip shall include the following: 4-night cruise for four persons to be taken aboard the Disney Wonder, deluxe Oceanview stateroom (Category 9), all meals included, Government Taxes and Fees (as defined in the Disney Cruise Line brochure). Round-trip coach airfare between the U.S. gateway airport nearest to winner’s home and Orlando International Airport if winner resides outside of a 200 mile radius of Orlando, Florida.

The estimated retail value of each vacation package is approximately U.S. $5,092. Estimated round-trip airfare per person is $400. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes on the value of the prize, and will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the retail value of the prize. The vacation must be booked at least 45 days prior to intended travel dates and must be taken prior to October 31, 2008. Certain black out dates may apply. Minors under the age of 18 not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 in the same stateroom. The parent or legal guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the DLC Vacation. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by the parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal. A DCL Vacation and/or components thereof may not be sold, traded, transferred, re-scheduled to dates other than set forth above, or redeemed for cash. The vacation is for the winning person and three (3) guests of the winner’s choosing.
