ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $1,000 USD VSX shopping spree awarded in the form of two (2) $500 USD Victoria’s Secret gift cards which can be used for the purchase of VSX Sportswear. Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions applicable to Victoria’s Secret gift cards and can be redeemed online or in stores. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000 USD. Odds of winning the Promotion’s prizes depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: A $250 Victoria’s Secret gift card, which can be used for the purchase of VSX Sportswear. Gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions applicable to US gift cards and can be redeemed online or in stores . ARV: $250 USD.
For all gift card prizes: Redemption of the gift card will be subject to our standard terms, conditions and restrictions applicable to Victoria’s Secret gift cards in effect on the day of issuance of the gift card. Sponsor is not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If the gift card is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. The winner will be responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the prize; and required to submit his/her social security number or tax payer ID number to us in order to claim the prize.
For All Prizes: No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $2,250 USD.
