During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to enter.
a) Enter by posting a photo or video on Instagram: Your Instagram account settings must be set to “unprotected” and/or “public” in order for your posts to be viewable by Sponsor; you can return your settings to “private” after the winners are announced.

Take a photo or video to show us how you feel or what you did when you did not get enough sleep. Post your photo or video on Instagram and include#IWasSoTired and #Sweeps as a comment. You may optionally include a description of what you did or how you felt when you did not get enough sleep. Your photo, video and optional comment will be herein referred to as your Submission. Both hashtags must be included in your Submission or your entry will not be eligible. Videos cannot exceed 15 seconds and must be in English. Your Submission may include just yourself or yourself and one other person. You must have permission from any other individual whose image or voice you include in your Submission. If you include a minor in your Submission, you must be the parent or legal guardian of that minor. No more than two people (including yourself) should appear or be heard in the Submission. Your Submission may not include any music.

You will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing as well as all subsequent Weekly Entry Period drawings for your eligible Submission.

b) Mail-In Entry : To enter without posting a photo or video, handwrite your name, complete address, date of birth, telephone number and email address on a 3”x5” card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: #IWasSoTired c/o HelloWorld, Inc., P.O. Box 5014 Department 818047, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5014. Mail-in entries will be entered to the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing and all subsequent drawings based on the postmarked date, provided they are received within seven (7) days of such postmarked date and no later than May 12, 2015. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per stamped, outer envelope.

Limit : You may receive seven (7) entries per Weekly Entry Period, by any combination of entry methods. If entering via a Submission on Instagram, each Submission must be substantialy different from any other Submissions made by you.

Prizes: TWELVE (12) GRAND PRIZES (three (3) awarded each Weekly Entry Period) : $1,000 Bed Bath & Beyond® gift card (Terms and conditions of the gift card apply) and $500 fulfilled as a check to that may be used by winner to help defray tax liability. Approximate Retail Value per Winner per Weekly Entry Period: $1,500.
