THE GRAND PRIZE, ODDS OF WINNING, AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL
 VALUE:
 A. Grand Prize (no more than 1 will be awarded): The Grand Prize
 Winner will receive a cruise for four (4) – Winner and three (3) Guests –
 on a Carnival® Cruise Ship (the “Cruise”). The Cruise must be taken from
 the Port of Departure that is closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s home
 address as set forth in his/her registration as determined by the Sponsor
 in his/her absolute discretion.
 The Cruise includes cruise fare for up to a seven (7) day cruise in an
 Ocean View Quad room, subject to availability, on the Carnival Cruise
 line, food and beverages for four people (excluding alcohol and soda),
 port taxes & fees and non-commissionable cruise fare.
 Cruise subject to availability and Blackout dates, including Easter,
 Memorial Day, and July 4th. Travel must be completed prior to September
 1, 2012. Approximate Retail Value: The ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,500.
