The Sweepstakes will be featured and displayed as a bracket style program initially featuring 8 brackets and (16) :15 video clips. Participants wishing to enter the Sweepstakes will be asked to view and vote on their favorite video clip within each bracket, (see Entry Phase Chart below), then to receive an entry participants will be required to share their vote on their FaceBook and/or Twitter accounts (see Program Requirements below). The entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry for every vote made and shared on their FaceBook and Twitter accounts during the promotion period. Limit of one (1) vote per bracket. The one (1) vote can be shared on FaceBook for 1 Entry and the same vote can also be shared on Twitter for a second entry.
There will be four (4) Entry Phases /Rounds, as follows:

One (1) Grand Prize: A trip for two to Las Vegas, NV to attend the Floyd Mayweather vs. Andre Berto Event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Saturday, September 12, 2015. Prize package includes the following: round-trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to the airport closest to Las Vegas, NV from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest to Grand Prize winner’s home, a 2-night hotel stay (single King/Queen room/double occupancy) in the MGM Grand; two tickets to the Floyd Mayweather vs. Andre Berto Event; round-trip limousine transfer between airport/hotel; VIP seating for two at the Official Weigh-In; $250 Food and Beverage credit; $150 Hotel Spa service credit; $500 Spending Money awarded in the form of Gift Card(s); and, 1 Autographed Glove.
