One (1) Grand Prize of a 1-night/2-day getaway for two (2) people (winner & one guest) to attend a New York City Wine & Food Festival event in October 2016 (the “Grand Prize”).

Grand Prize includes:
one night hotel accommodations including breakfast (1 room, double occupancy),
two (2) tickets to attend the Grand Tasting event presented by ShopRite on 10/15/16 at the New York City Wine & Food Festival.
Any expenses not mentioned herein including, but not limited to transportation to and from New York City, incidental hotel expenses, and meals (except as stated) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and guest must be able to travel on dates specified by Sponsor or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Additional restrictions may apply.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $990.00.

All Grand Prize travel is subject to availability. Once travel arrangements are confirmed, no changes will be permitted.

Ten (10) First Prizes: two (2) tickets to attend the Grand Tasting event presented by ShopRite on Saturday 10/15/16 at the New York City Wine & Food Festival. ARV: $490.00.
First Prize includes admission tickets only; any other unspecified expenses are not included. If winner cannot attend the event as specified by Sponsor, prize will be forfeited.

Total ARV of all prizes: $5,890.00.
