PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):

Entry Period 1 Prize (1): The Entry Period 1 prize is a fishing prize pack, which includes a backpack, baseball cap, blanket, multi-tool, two (2) Ram fishing lures and binoculars. The ARV of the Entry Period 1 prize is $452. The odds of winning the Entry Period 1 prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during Entry Period 1.

Entry Period 2 Prize (1): The Entry Period 2 prize is a surfing prize pack, which includes a backpack, baseball cap, mobile power bank, blanket, cooler and hammock. The ARV of the Entry Period 2 prize is $500. The odds of winning the Entry Period 2 prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during Entry Period 2.

Entry Period 3 Prize (1): The Entry Period 3 prize is a towing prize pack, which includes a backpack, baseball cap, blanket, flashlight, air compressor and socket set. The ARV of the Entry Period 3 prize is $485. The odds of winning the Entry Period 3 prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during Entry Period 3.

Entry Period 4 Prize (1): The Entry Period 4 prize is an off-roading prize pack, which includes a backpack, baseball cap, blanket, multi-tool, water bottle and binoculars. The ARV of the Entry Period 4 prize is $471. The odds of winning the Entry Period 4 prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during Entry Period 4.

Entry Period 5 Prize (1): The Entry Period 5 prize is a tailgating prize pack, which includes a backpack, baseball cap, blanket, folding chair, lantern and Ram fire pit. The ARV of the Entry Period 5 prize is $485. The odds of winning the Entry Period 5 prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during Entry Period 5.

Grand Prize (1): The grand prize is a 2014 Ram 2500 Power Wagon (“Vehicle”) and a $15,000 check (collectively, “Grand Prize”). The Vehicle make, model and specification will be selected by Sponsor, at its sole discretion. The Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any additional features, upgrades or options to the Vehicle. The Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of the Vehicle, at his or her own expense, within 45 days of notice of availability of the Vehicle from Sponsor at a dealership selected by Sponsor based on proximity to Grand Prize Winner’s residence or the Vehicle may, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be forfeited. No other delivery option will be available. Subject to availability, the Vehicle will be delivered approximately 120 days after final verification of the Grand Prize Winner’s eligibility. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes and expenses, including but not limited to: sales tax, luxury tax, destination charges, registration, title and license fees, insurance and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the Vehicle. The Grand Prize Winner must present his or her valid driver’s license and provide satisfactory proof of liability insurance prior to the delivery of the Vehicle. The Vehicle details and availability are subject to change. The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of the Vehicle is $55,000. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $70,000.
