SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE BOTH (A) LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE STATES OF AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NC, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV OR WY AND (B) AGED 18 YEARS OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE

PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): SEVEN (7) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize is a trip for Grand Prize Winner (hereinafter, “Winner”) and one (1) guest aged 18 years or older at time of prize award (hereinafter, “Guest”) to Los Angeles, CA to attend spa sessions and wellness and nutrition classes at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel & Spa as designated by Sponsor, and a Meet & Greet session with Jillian Michaels, Trainer and Life Coach of The Biggest Loser (collectively, “Grand Prize Trip”) taking place March 17-20, 2011. Grand Prize Trip consists of round trip coach air transportation between major airport nearest Winner’s home and Los Angeles, CA for Winner and Guest, three (3) nights double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel designated by Sponsor (standard room and tax only), ground transportation for Winner and Guest between airport and hotel in Los Angeles, CA, admission for Winner and Guest to spa sessions and wellness and nutrition classes at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel & Spa as designated by Sponsor, one (1) Meet & Greet session with Jillian Michaels, Trainer and Life Coach of The Biggest Loser, and a cash allowance in the amount of $300 provided in the form of a check made payable to the Winner. The ARV of each Grand Prize is not to exceed $3,000. The total ARV of all prizes is not to exceed $21,000.

Grand Prize Trip must be completed during the Sponsor-designated dates of March 17-20, 2011.
