Pinkberry Design-Over Sweepstakes
Each participant receives one (1) free entry with each unique email address he/she submits on the entry form on the Sweepstakes Page. To earn additional entries under the same email address, a participant may (i) make a purchase at a participating Pinkberry store and receive a unique code on his/her receipt, to use when submitting an entry form on the “Sweepstakes Page” and/or (ii) request a unique code by mailing a handwritten self-addressed (including participant’s full name and mailing address), stamped envelope with sufficient postage to Pinkberry Design-Over Sweepstakes, 6310 San Vicente Blvd, Suite 100, Los Angeles, CA 90048, and a unique code will be mailed in response to each mail-in request that complies with the requirements of these Official Rules.
Sweepstakes Prize consists of one (1) five thousand dollars ($5,000) in value for the retail costs of the creation and development of an interior design (the “Design”) that entails the trade dress and motif of Pinkberry’s design for a space at the Prize Winner’s location within the U.S. (the “Space”), and implementation of the Design, which includes labor and material costs, and the purchase of interior furnishing that is consistent with the Design. The Space size may not exceed 225 square feet. Any unused value of the Prize shall revert back to Pinkberry.
Pinkberry shall have the exclusive right to select the decorator to formulate and create the Design, and the exclusive right to select and/or approve any contractor or laborer for implementing the Design. The final Design must be approved by Pinkberry before it is implemented. Pinkberry may reject or suggest changes to the Design for any reason at its sole discretion.
