PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: On or about October 19, 2009, the Promotion Administrator, an independent judging organization, will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to award the following prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize: a trip for two people to Miami, Florida. The prize trip consists of round trip coach air travel from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor); one double occupancy hotel room for 5 days/4 nights; one spa service each for winner and his/her guest; an Everglades boat tour; use of a rental car (subject to all car rental agency qualifications and restrictions) for duration of stay; and $500 spending money. Expenses not specified are winner’s responsibility. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $4,750. Actual value will be determined by winner’s residence and seasonal rates. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions. Trip must be taken by November 30, 2010, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and will be responsible for all necessary travel authorizations, for any travel insurance and for all trip expenses not specified. Winner or winner’s guest must be 25 years of age or older and must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in his/her state of residency, appropriate motor vehicle insurance, and a major credit card to secure the rental car.
