Perry Ellis Where’s Perry & Win Your #MerryPerry Wish List Contest

Sponsor will randomly post a photo to the Page from a recognizable holiday landmark or mall around the United States with the hashtag “#MerryPerry Gift Box” (each, a “Photo”) and will ask the Page followers to answer the question “Where’s Perry?” (each, a “Question”). Over the course of the Entry Period, there will be a total of up to eight (8) different Photos posted, for up to eight (8) different opportunities to enter to win a prize. The Photos will be posted at random and each Photo will be posted no more than twice per week. To receive one (1) entry into the Contest as relating to a specific Photo, you must leave a comment in the comment box associated with that Photo, answering the Question. Limit one (1) entry per person per Photo/Question.

Winner Selection; Odds of Winning. For each Photo/Question, the entrant that was the first person to post the correct answer to the Question associated with that Photo will be deemed the winner of the Contest portion relating to that Photo/Question, for a total of up to eight (8) potential winners over the course of the entire Entry Period.

Prizes. There will be up to eight (8) prizes available to be won, one (1) of which prizes will be awarded per winner as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion from the following prizes: (1) a “Perry Ellis: An American Original” book (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $85.00); (2) a Perry Ellis Men fragrance (ARV $65.00); (3) a $100.00 Perry Ellis gift card (ARV $100.00); and (4) a $200.00 Perry Ellis gift card (ARV $200.00). Total ARV of all prizes potentially available to be won is $900.00.

commence at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 4, 2013 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 22, 2013

How to enter. During the Entry Period, to automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, you must: (i) create a board on Pinterest named “Win Your #MerryPerry Wish List” (the “Board”); (ii) visit www.perryellis.com (the “Website”) and create your wish list by pinning at least four (4) of your favorite items from the Website to your Board by using the “Pin It” Pinterest icon that is located next to the item on the Website; (iii) pin to your Board the official contest image that Sponsor posts to social media; and (iv) share your completed Board on Facebook by copying and pasting the Board’s URL into the “Contest Tab” located on the Perry Ellis official Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/PerryEllis (the “Page”). Limit one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per person.

Prizes. The winner of each Weekly Drawing will receive the items contained in that winner’s wish list, excluding clearance items and limited to items totaling no more than a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (“MSRP”) of $500 for that wish list (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize: $500). Total ARV of all prizes available to be won during the Sweepstakes period is $1,500.
