During the Sweepstakes Period, take a photograph or video of yourself with
Pepsi, Milk and Cookies (the “Photo” or “Video”). Next, post your Photo or Video and hashtags #PilkandCookies #Sweepstakes (“Hashtags”) on your personal Instagram, Twitter or TikTok account(s), as described below, to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. An entrant is allowed to enter once via Instagram, once via Twitter, and once via TikTok, for a total of three (3) Entries for the entire Sweepstakes
Period.

• The Hashtags (defined above) MUST be included in order for your Entry to be valid. By using the Hashtags, you are consenting to receive direct messages to the social media account(s) used for entry, if you are selected as a potential winner.
• Entries will not be judged. Winners will be selected via a random drawing.
• For Videos: Your Video must be a minimum of ten (10) seconds long and no longer than twentyfive (25) seconds. To enter via Twitter: During the Sweepstakes Period, tweet your Photo or Video with Hashtags (altogether, also an “Entry”) on your personal Twitter account. Entrant must be a registered user of Twitter and follow Sponsor’s handle @Pepsi on Twitter for the duration of the Sweepstakes. To create a free Twitter account, follow the onscreen instructions to register at http://twitter.com. To become a follower of @Pepsi, visit Twitter.com/pepsi and choose to follow. Your Twitter setting must be set to “unprotected” and “public” in order for your Entry to be viewable by Administrator and allow direct messages from
anyone so that you may be contacted by Administrator if you are selected as a potential winner.To enter via TikTok: During the Sweepstakes Period, post your Video with Hashtags (altogether, also an “Entry”) on your personal TikTok account. Hashtags must be included in the caption of your TikTok Video. Entrant must have a valid TikTok account and follow Sponsor’s handle @Pepsi on TikTok for the duration of the Sweepstakes.

Prize: Twenty-five (25) prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a $1,000.00
pre-paid debit card. Pre-paid debit card is subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. Total value of all prizes is $25,000.00
