5.         Random Drawings/First Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): On or about one (1) business day after the end of each Entry Period, Administrator will perform a random drawing (each a “Random Drawing”), from amongst all eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period, in order to select one (1) first prize (“First Prize”) winner, per Random Drawing. Once confirmed, as detailed below, each First Prize winner will receive one (1) box (20 count) of Romeo Anejo Cigars. The ARV of each First Prize is one hundred and seventy five dollars ($175). The total ARV of all First Prizes available to be awarded herein is one thousand and fifty dollars ($1,050). The odds of being selected as a potential First Prize winner depend upon the number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

6.         Grand Prize Drawing/Grand Prize/ARV: On or about two (2) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Administrator will perform one (1) grand prize drawing (the “Grand Prize Drawing”), from amongst all eligible Entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period, in order to select one (1) potential grand prize (“Grand Prize”) winner.  Once confirmed, as detailed below, the Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) 30-Count Custom Humidor. The ARV of the Grand Prize is four hundred dollars ($400).
