PRIZE DESCRIPTION. There will be one (1) grand prize winner and ten (10) runners-up. The grand prize includes: (i) one (1) standard hotel room quad occupancy –(two double beds) for two (2) nights at The Carlton Hotel, New York New York. (ii) Four (4) Orchestra tickets to the 4pm performance of the Radio City Christmas Spectacular Show on December 5th, 2009 (iii) Dinner for four (4) at Fresco by Scotto Restaurant (not to exceed $320) (iv) transportation for four (4) to and from The Carlton Hotel to Radio City Music Hall, and (v) Four (4) ‘Stage Door’ Passes for a tour of Radio City including a meet/greet with a Rockette and (vi) $1,000 travel stipend. Approximate retail value of the grand prize is $3,800 depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based upon fluctuations in the price of accommodations. The Grand Prize winner is responsible for all costs not specifically included in the Grand Prize Package including, but not limited to, additional transportation, meals not listed above, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses. Winner must be able to travel 12/4/09 – 12/6/09 otherwise winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. Winner and travel companions must be able to travel on the same itinerary. Unless child of winner, travel companions must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure.
The runner-up prize is one (1) copy of Capt. Chesley Sullenberger’s book, The Highest Duty. Approximate retail value of each runner-up prize is $25.99.
