The Oticon Hearing Is… Sweepstakes

PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS OF WINNING:

A. First Prizes (1 per Prize Drawing, 2 total): Each first prize winner will receive a Samsung 55” 4K TV (model to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“First Prize”). The ARV of each First Prize is $750.

In no event will more than one (1) First Prize be awarded for a Prize Drawing, and no more than two (2) total First Prizes be available in the Sweepstakes.

B. Second Prizes (1 per Prize Drawing, 2 total): Each second prize winner will receive a Sonos Play:5 Speaker (color to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Second Prize”). The ARV of each Second Prize is $499.

In no event will more than one (1) Second Prize be awarded for a Prize Drawing, and no more than two (2) total Second Prizes be available in the Sweepstakes.

C. Third Prize (5 per Prize Drawing, 10 total): Each third prize winner will receive an Amazon Echo device (color to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Third Prize”). The ARV of each Third Prize is $179.99.

In no event will more than five (5) Third Prizes be awarded for a Prize Drawing, and no more than ten (10) total Third Prizes be available in the Sweepstakes.

D. Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes available in each Prize Drawing of the Sweepstakes is $2,244. The total ARV of all prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $4,297.90.
