One (1) Prize will be awarded. The Winner will receive
two (2) economy round-trip flights on Delta Air Lines for Winner and one (1) guest between a major airport (served by Delta Air Lines) nearest Winner’s residence and an airport near the New York Yankees’ Spring Training location in Florida (“Host City”);
three (3) nights hotel accommodation (one [1] standard double occupancy room) in the Host City at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion;
one (1) $200 gift card to cover meals, subject to the terms and conditions associated with its use;
the opportunity for Winner and his/her one (1) guest to receive a behind-the-scenes look at the New York Yankees on the date of the game; and
two (2) tickets for Winer and his/her one (1) guest for one (1) 2017 New York Yankees Spring Training game played in the Host City determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion (the “Prize”).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $1,900; actual value may vary depending on Winner’s city of departure and any difference in value will not be awarded.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT, AND IN FLORIDA NOT INCLUDED. The exact nature and duration of the behind-the-scenes look shall be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion and subject to availability and the rules and regulations of New York Yankees Partnership (“New York Yankees”). Sponsor reserves the right to award ground transportation in lieu of airfare if Winner resides within 75 miles of the Host City and any difference in value will not be awarded.
